What we store, and why
Short version: you can use the calculator without giving us anything. If you create an account, we store your name, email and the projects you save. Nothing else, and we share none of it.

Using the calculator
No account is needed and nothing is stored. What you type stays in your browser for that visit.
If you create an account
We store:
- Your name, as you enter it
- Your email address, which is also how you sign in
- Optionally your farm name, province and phone number
- The projects and quotations you choose to save
Your password is stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody at Roleta can read it.
Why: so your saved work is there when you come back, and so we can reset your password if you lose it. We use it for nothing else.
What we do not do
No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling or sharing your information with anyone. We do not email you anything except password resets and replies to messages you send us.
Your rights under POPIA
South Africa\u2019s Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to see, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you.
- See and correct it \u2014 on your profile page, any time
- Delete it \u2014 the Delete account button on your profile removes your account, your projects and your quotations immediately. We cannot recover it afterwards.
